Henry is built and operated by Henry AI Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 2810 N Church St STE 90844, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. These documents govern your use of Henry across the web app, the iOS, Android, and desktop apps, the Slack and Microsoft Teams apps, the email channel, the texting channel, and the Agent Browser.

  • Terms of Service: The agreement between you (or your organization) and Henry AI Technologies LLC that governs every Henry app and surface, including plans, credits, and AI output.
  • Privacy Policy: What Henry collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy laws.
  • Acceptable Use Policy: What you may not do with Henry, including rules for AI use, connected tools, texting, the Agent Browser, and security research.
  • Data Processing Addendum: Processor and service-provider terms for customers subject to data protection laws, including Standard Contractual Clauses by reference.
  • Subprocessors: The third parties that process Customer Content on our behalf, what they do, where they operate, and how we announce changes.
  • SMS and Texting Terms: How Henry's iMessage and SMS channel works: opt-in, STOP and HELP, message frequency, carrier rates, and consent.
  • Cookie Policy: The cookies Henry uses: strictly necessary cookies in the app, analytics and advertising attribution cookies on the website, and how to manage consent or opt out.
  • Security at Henry: How we protect your data: tenant isolation, encryption, access controls, AI provider handling, and how to report a vulnerability.

When we make a material change to a document we update its “Last updated” date and, for changes that reduce your rights or expand ours, give account owners advance notice by email. Earlier versions are available on request to legal@usehenry.ai.
